American Veterinary Group (AVG) is seeking a Short Term Stay Veterinarian for Compassion Animal Hospital in Winter Haven, FL. This role emphasizes clinical medicine with flexible assignments, built-in travel and housing support, and a 3-day work week to help you balance life and practice.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in adapting to new clinical environments and team structures.
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset.
