MSAD #11 is seeking a dependable, student-centered Educational Technician Substitute to provide consistent, individualized support to a student during a six-to-eight-week assignment at Helen Thompson Elementary School. The substitute will follow schedules, routines, and plans, building a positive relationship with the student while working within a collaborative team.

Current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education is required; Ed Tech Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education.
• Ed Tech Certification preferred.

• Provide a high degree of consistency, predictability, and follow-through in daily interactions and routines.
• Reliably follow established schedules, routines, support plans, and staff direction.
• Build a positive, supportive relationship with the student while maintaining clear and consistent expectations.
• Work effectively within a fast-paced, highly collaborative team environment.
