Bloom Social in Grand Rapids is seeking a Short-Form Video Producer to plan shoots, lead on-site production, and edit footage into concise social videos. You’ll manage the workflow from shoot to post, edit for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, and set the team’s editing standards.

You’ll work with clients across industries, coordinate with account specialists, and supervise any outsourced editors. A strong reel and on-location experience are essential, with monthly in-person meetings in

Competenze

• Portfolio or reel of short-form video you shot and edited yourself.
• Experience filming on location with good lighting and clean audio.
• Solid editing for social video with pacing, text, sound and openings.
• Experience planning a shoot in advance and meeting monthly deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Decide what each shoot needs to capture based on client strategy.
• Build a prep document for every shoot including shot list and gear.
• Lead shoots on location from arrival through wrap, usually within 60 miles of Grand Rapids.
• Edit short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Set editing standards and look for the team to follow.
• Manage outsourced editors, assign work, review deliverables.
• Deliver finished files on schedule in post-ready formats.
• Keep raw and finished files organized in Google Drive.
• Maintain equipment, arrange transport, and flag repairs.
• Write captions for videos when needed.
