Mindful Souls BV is seeking a seasoned Video Editor Lead to create eye-catching 15–60 second promos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. You will edit raw footage including UGC, apply transitions, graphics and audio, set the quality bar, and sign off on all outputs.

You will mentor a remote team of editors, manage the workflow, ensure deadlines, and translate briefs for the Ads Department.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years hands-on video editing experience, with 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
• Proven track record creating short-form content for social platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and how editing influences them.
• Ability to lead and manage a creative team in a remote environment.
• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp).

• Edit 15–60 second videos for major platforms with platform-optimized formats.
