Aquent is partnering with a leading global entertainment and media company to invite a talented editor to join a fast-paced creative team. You will translate strategic briefs into precise editing decisions, produce high-quality short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro, and optimize workflows in a high-volume environment.

This role requires at least two years in social video creation, a strong eye for pacing, and the ability to deliver constructive feedback across platforms.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in social media content creation or video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of short-form video best practices across major platforms.
• Ability to review creative work and deliver constructive feedback.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project coordination skills.
• Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Critically review short-form video for platform suitability and hooks.
• Deliver actionable feedback on timing, framing, and text overlays.
• Produce and refine clips using Premiere Pro across multiple brands.
• Translate briefs into prioritized clip assignments for production.
• Coordinate a high-volume daily production queue and track turnaround times.
• Document and improve AI-powered clipping workflow and asset handoffs.
