Job summary

Single Grain LLC is seeking a creator to produce 5–7 short-form videos weekly, focusing on marketing, growth, and AI in action. You will participate in weekly async syncs, test hooks and formats, and use data to drive retention and CTR.

The role offers mentorship from industry leaders and a pathway to deeper responsibilities for top performers. Based in the United States, you will leverage tools like ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway, and ElevenLabs to accelerate content production and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create 5-7 short-form videos (or more) each week focused on marketing, growth, and AI in action.
• Weekly 30-minute async/content syncs (Mondays).
• Test hooks, formats, and creative flows to drive view and lead metrics.
• Perform weekly data dives—optimize based on view time, watch-through, CTR.
• Build workflows, SOPs, and Loom videos to capture your processes.

What You'll Do

• Create 5-7 short-form videos (or more) each week focused on marketing, growth, and AI in action

• Build workflows, SOPs, and Loom videos to capture your processes

Compensation + Perks

• $35/video + performance bonuses ($1,000 per 1M+ view video)

Requirements

• Based in the United States
• 1+ year experience in short-form video creation (portfolio or links required in your application)
• Comfortable with AI content tools (bonus points for ChatGPT, Veo, Nano Banana HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• A demonstrated growth mindset-show us content that performed
• Self-managed, communicative, resourceful-with no supervision needed for day to day
