Job summary

AllWater is seeking an experienced, hands-on Foreman to lead a two-person crew installing SOX shoreline erosion control solutions along coastlines, riverbanks, and waterfront properties across the Southeast. This is a physically demanding outdoor field role requiring craftsmanship, safety, and the ability to manage a small crew while traveling to project sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in construction, landscaping, or marine/erosion work with some crew lead experience.
• Able to work outdoors in hot, humid conditions and remote sites.
• Experience supervising a small crew (2+ people) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; willingness to travel regionally.
• Read and interpret site plans or be willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a two-person installation crew on daily site ops.
• Install SOX shoreline erosion controls per plans and specs.
• Perform lifting, digging, staking and material placement in coastal/wetland environments.
• Read site plans and ensure work is safe, correct, and on schedule.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety protocols.
• Travel to job sites across FL, GA, SC and beyond, including overnight stays.
