AllWater Aquatic Resource Management is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a two-person crew installing SOX shoreline erosion control solutions along coastlines, riverbanks, and waterfront properties across the Southeast. This hands-on role requires managing on-site operations, ensuring safety, and delivering quality work under varying weather and terrain conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outdoor field labor with some crew lead experience.
• Ability to perform sustained manual labor outdoors in heat, humidity, and varied weather.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a two-person installation crew on daily job site operations.
• Install SOX shoreline erosion control systems according to project plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret site plans, installation diagrams, and project scopes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Travel to job sites throughout FL, GA, SC, and possibly other states.
