Job summary

Carter Motors in Shoreline, WA is seeking motivated Sales Consultants for our Shoreline location. If you have customer service experience and a self-starter attitude, we want you on our team to learn and grow in the automotive industry.

Positions offer a full commission plus bonus pay plan with a guaranteed minimum wage, with new consultants earning at least $60,000 and experienced consultants earning well over $150,000. Weekend work is required and training is provided to help you succeed.

What we are looking for

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Sales Consultant at Carter Subaru in our Shoreline location.

Do you have Customer Service experience with the ability to learn new information quickly? How about a self-starter mentality? We are looking for individuals who have previous sales experience, preferably automotive in the automotive industry. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career.

Pay

Sales Consultants are paid on a full commission + bonus payplan with a guarantee of at least 1.5 times minimum wage for all hours worked. New sales consultants can expect to earn a minimum of $60,000 while experienced sales consultants can earn well over $150,000.

Schedule

Must be able to work weekends. Two consecutive week days will be offered for your days off.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
