This full-time role shares responsibilities with the Shopkeeper, including accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members). This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts.
