Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Shopkeeper Apprentice to join our team. This full‑time role includes responsibilities across accounting, scheduling, inventory management, and HR functions, with opportunities to develop into a Shopkeeper.

Apprentices are trained by helpful Shopkeepers and gain leadership experience while supporting daily shop operations, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shopkeeper Apprentices are full-time employees sharing the same responsibilities as the Shopkeeper including accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members).
• This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts.
