Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service and efficient scooping.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory/ordering, and daily cash handling and reporting.
• Manage HR functions such as hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members.
• Coordinate with store leadership to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Work variable shifts, including opening, closing, and weekend coverage.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is searching for a Shopkeeper to join our Winter Park, Florida team.

The job of the Shopkeeper is to lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating all customers and team members with care and respect. Shopkeepers are full-time employees also responsible for accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members). This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts

The qualified Shopkeeper candidate:
