Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Ecommerce Specialist for an established consumer products organization. This hybrid role combines onsite onboarding with ongoing work in the office and remote days.

The role focuses on managing and optimizing a Shopify DTC experience, catalog management, site performance, content, and analytics to drive growth. Strong collaboration with marketing and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DTC ecommerce operations on Shopify or similar platform.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics, merchandising, SEO, and site optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, IT, and customer experience teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage product catalog updates, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and inventory within Shopify.
• Monitor site performance, optimize user experience, and collaborate with development partners.
• Maintain SEO best practices and create engaging onsite content that supports organic growth.
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and provide insights to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, customer support, and digital teams.
• Ensure ecommerce operations remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with growth initiatives.
