Job summary

Gopher Sport is seeking an E-Commerce Operational Specialist to deliver improved, reliable, scalable Shopify operations and centralized reporting on core KPIs.

This full-time, in-person role in Edina, MN offers competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance options, PTO, 401(k), and product discounts, with opportunities to enhance site performance and integrate ERP/PIM/Punchouts.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, with hands-on experience in Shopify or a related web platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and reliability of all system integrations (ERP, PIM, Punchouts, Payment methods, etc.).
• Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to improve core site performance (page speed, navigation, search, checkout), independent of formal project work.
• Build and elevate internal team capability in Shopify, including training, documentation, and best practice sharing to increase in-house ownership.
