Job summary

Gopher Sport is seeking an E-Commerce Operational Specialist with a Shopify emphasis to join our Digital Experience Team in Minneapolis, MN. You will help deliver reliable, scalable Shopify operations and drive improvements across integrations and site performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, hands-on Shopify experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Competitive compensation and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce with hands-on Shopify experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and reliability of all system integrations (ERP, PIM, Punchouts, Payment methods, etc.).
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve core site performance (page speed, navigation, search, checkout).
• Build and elevate internal team capability in Shopify, including training, documentation and best practice sharing.
