Job summary

Thermomix USA is seeking a Shopify Developer to optimize our Shopify storefront and CRO strategy. You will work at the intersection of technology, marketing, and customer experience to drive growth and improve key KPIs.

You’ll own front-end and back-end development, implement integrations, and partner with marketing to deploy campaigns and product launches, ensuring a premium customer journey across devices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Shopify development, Shopify Plus preferred.
• Experience with APIs, custom apps, and integrations.
• Familiar with CRO tools and analytics platforms.
• Partnering with marketing or growth teams.
• Strong ecommerce UX/UI and customer journeys.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvements.
• Growth-focused with revenue impact in mind.
• Collaborates across tech and marketing teams.
• Balances speed and quality in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Own development and optimization of the Shopify storefront for premium UX.
• Develop backend functionality, integrations, and custom features.
• Improve site performance, mobile-first design, and responsiveness.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, promos, and launches.
• Support pricing, bundles, promotions, and merchandising rules.
• Assist tracking/analytics integrations for measurement.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture to boost CVR and AOV.
• Maintain clean, scalable code and proper documentation.
