Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned eCommerce Shopify Architect to spearhead the pre-sales, design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance Shopify-based solutions. In this role, you will translate business and client needs into robust technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge eCommerce experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Shopify, a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, and a proven history of architecting complex digital commerce environments.

Job Duties

As a Shopify Architect you will:

• Work with team members on design development and deployment of solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Min 5 years of experience with e-commerce
• Min 2 years of experience with Shopify (building customizations/extensions and not themes/FE type work)
• Brings hands-on experience with composable architecture and MACH principles enabling scalable and flexible digital solutions
• Demonstrates strong consulting skills, including the ability to assess client needs
• Integration/CPQ/OMS/Search experience will be a plus
