Job summary

Logoslabs in San Francisco is seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Admin Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. You will manage product listings, optimize images, ensure data accuracy, and use HTML/CSS within Shopify themes as needed. This role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include updating homepage banners, handling orders and inventory, and generating basic sales reports while maintaining clear communication with teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, tags, collections, and redirects.
• Prepare, resize, and compress product images for consistency and fast site performance.
• Ensure all product details, SKUs, pricing, and inventory levels are entered accurately.
• Adjust product formatting, layout, or styling within Shopify themes when required.
• Manage homepage banners, promotional content, and basic page updates through the Shopify admin.
• Order updates, refunds, and stock adjustments as needed.
• Generate and maintain basic sales, product, or inventory reports as directed.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and suppliers.
• Work independently while proactively updating managers on progress and issues.
• Provide support with customer service or other administrative tasks when required.
• Utilise Shopify apps, integrations, and the admin panel effectively to enhance workflow.
