The Diesel Parlor LLC in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a skilled Shop/Field Mechanic to join our growing team. This hands-on role covers in‑shop diesel repairs and on‑site field service calls to keep equipment at peak performance.

• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic in a shop or field service environment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gas engine systems, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrain components.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software such as Cummins Insite or Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas engines, drivetrains, and related systems in a shop and field setting.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.
• Respond to field service calls and perform on-site repairs as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic software and tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete accurate repair orders, service documentation, and parts requests.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with shop standards

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas engines, drivetrains, and related systems in a shop and field setting

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and tune‑ups on diesel‑powered vehicles and equipment

Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
