Company Wrench LTD in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking dedicated, career-minded individuals to join our experienced team. This role involves cleaning and organizing the shop and yard, taking rental photos, loading/unloading, and assisting technicians while maintaining safe work practices.

You will gain hands-on training, contribute to efficient parts delivery, and participate in our employee benefit programs including health coverage, 401(k) match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good communication and safe work habits.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and organizing the shop and yard.
• Taking rental pictures of incoming and outgoing equipment and checking for damages as equipment arrives.
• Uploading of rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure washing heavy equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pulling orders and shipping helper as needed.
• Driving to pick-up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Prepping sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Assisting technicians as needed.
