Job summary

Parts ASAP in Wisconsin is seeking team members for our yard and salvage operations. You will dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment, inspect parts, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, organized work environment.

No prior experience required beyond basic mechanical knowledge; training is provided for forklift and heavy equipment. Competitive pay starts at $19 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
• Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.
