Job summary

Company Wrench LTD is seeking a motivated team member to support shop and yard operations in Monroe, OH. The role involves cleaning, organizing, and preparing heavy equipment for rentals and service, plus documenting condition with photos and paperwork.

You will assist technicians, handle loading/unloading, and accompany deliveries as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred shop or outdoors experience and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop and yard.
• Take rental pictures and check damages on arrival and departure.
• Take website photos of equipment.
• Upload rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure wash heavy equipment.
• Clean rental units inside and out.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pull orders and assist shipping as needed.
• Drive to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Prep sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Add or remove attachments to machines as needed.
• Assist technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
