Job summary

Company Wrench LTD is seeking dedicated team members to support daily shop and yard operations in Indianapolis. You will handle cleaning, equipment prep, and documentation for rentals and sales, with responsibilities spanning photos, paperwork, and loading/unloading tasks.

The role emphasizes strong communication, safe work practices, and basic computer skills, with growth opportunities and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication and safe work habits.
• Ability to operate in a shop or outdoor environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Computer skills and basic tech literacy needed.
• Experience in a shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shop and yard.
• Take rental pictures and check for damages on arrival.
• Upload rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure wash and clean heavy equipment both inside and out.
• Load/unload trucks and assist with parts delivery.
• Prep sold and rental equipment as needed, attach/detach implements.
• Assist technicians and perform other duties as assigned.
