Job summary

Company Wrench in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated shop/yard associate to join our experienced team. You will help keep the shop organized, photograph equipment, prep units, and assist technicians.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED), a clean driving record, good communication, and basic computer skills. We offer comprehensive benefits including health/vision/dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop environment or outdoors preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and organizing the shop and yard.
• Taking rental pictures of incoming and outgoing equipment and checking for damages as equipment arrives.
• Taking website photos of equipment.
• Uploading of rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure washing heavy equipment.
• Cleaning rental units inside and out.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pulling orders and Shipping helper as needed.
• Driving to pick-up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Prepping sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Adding and removing attachments to machines as needed.
• Assisting technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
