Job summary

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Shop Worker to join our Manufacturing team in Surprise, AZ. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and cleaning manufacturing machinery, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and completing work orders.

We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to follow schematics and directions. Prior experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years working for a manufacturing or construction company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures.
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Required Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years working for a manufacturing or construction company is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.
• Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
