Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our fabrication team in Ohio. You will read blueprints and shop drawings, cut, fabricate, and assemble window framing materials according to work orders, and work with metal and glass components including insulated units.

You will use hand tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes, load/unload materials, inspect finished products, and help with inventory and 5S practices while meeting daily productivity goals.

Formación

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Curtain wall or architectural glass industry experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage time and meet production schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 30 to 60 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
