Job description

Responsibilities
  • Operate vision inspection and measurement systems during production.
  • Load and position parts for automated measurement and inspection.
  • Monitor vision system performance and inspection results.
  • Verify part dimensions and tolerances using vision equipment.
  • Identify defective or out-of-tolerance parts and report issues to supervisors or quality teams.
  • Perform routine system checks, calibration verification, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain inspection records and production documentation.
  • Follow quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
  • Assist with setup and changeovers for different part types.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or machine operation preferred.
  • Basic understanding of dimensional measurement and inspection processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, or measurement specifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with vision systems, cameras, or automated inspection equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
