Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
• Prioritize production schedules based on product build plan, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Administer procedures and facilitate training
• Make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct labor
• Select, evaluate, and develop personnel to ensure efficient and flexible production
• Lead subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies
• Follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data to obtain answers readily
• Monitor and manage daily day‑shift operations of multiple work areas

Education & Experience

• Technical Associate Degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent preferred
• 3 years of high technology manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred

Working Conditions

Oversee daily operations within a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, ensuring Technicians and Assemblers adhere strictly to gowning protocols, contamination control procedures, laser safety, and general safety regulations while maintaining high production quality standards.

Monitors and manages workforce activities in a controlled environment that requires extended periods of standing, attention to detail, and the use of specialized equipment, while maintaining compliance with environmental and ergonomic guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10–20 lbs. occasionally throughout the day
• Standing for multiple hours per daySitting at workstation for multiple hours per day
