Job summary

FloWorks seeks a skilled technician to assemble and service semi-complex assemblies in a shop setting. You will install and calibrate electric and pneumatic actuators, follow blueprints, analyze test results, and perform repairs to OEM specifications.

The role requires a 2-year technical degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of hands-on experience, with knowledge of wiring schematics, motor control, and power tools. Frequent tool use and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in shop/assembly roles.
• HS Diploma or GED required; specialised training may be needed.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and control systems.
• Familiarity with motor control circuits and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build semi-complex assemblies in a shop.
• Install, configure, diagnose, and maintain equipment per drawings.
• Repair or coordinate repair of worn parts per OEM specs.
• Mount actuators to valves and set up automation per drawings.
• Analyze test data and report malfunctions; participate in training.
