Job summary

FloWorks LLC is hiring a Service Shop Technician at Sunbelt Supply in Pasadena, TX. The role involves assembling and maintaining semi-complex assemblies, installing actuators and valve automation, and diagnosing issues in a technical shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, strong knowledge of wiring schematics and motor control, and experience with overhead cranes, forklifts and power tools. Vocational training and certifications are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical shop
• HS Diploma or GED required; specialized training may be needed
• Ability to interpret wiring schematics and control systems
• Familiarity with motor control circuits and power tools
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build semi-complex assemblies in a shop environment
• Install, configure, diagnose, and maintain equipment per blueprints and instructions
• Repair or coordinate repair of worn or defective products
• Test, calibrate, and service equipment per OEM specs
• Mount electric actuators to valves and set up automation per drawings
• Diagnose malfunctions and analyze test data
• Attend training and obtain certifications as required
• Ensure safety and quality in all tasks
