Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Shop Technician to organize, maintain, and coordinate shop tools, equipment, and materials for concrete repair and related work. Responsibilities include packing gear for shipping, coordinating freight, and keeping the shop tidy for efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in equipment shop/warehouse roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in equipment shop/warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and packs equipment for shipping.
• Coordinates equipment freight and delivery.
• Maintains shop tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Keeps shop and yard area organized.
• Assists with delivery of parts/materials to sites.
• Performs light maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Operates hand-held and powered tools with supervision.
• Complies with OSHA safety policies.
