Job summary

RAM Machine Products, LLC. (RMP) in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Shop Helper to support manufacturing of precision components on screw machines. You will assist with basic setups, machine operation, material handling, and quality checks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
Ability to operate basic shop equipment such as drills, grinders, and manual cutting tools.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Shipping and receiving experience are a plus.
Ability to read basic work instructions and follow directions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with shop safety practices.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Operate basic shop equipment, including belt sanders, bar stampers, scales, and thread rollers
Perform secondary operations such as sanding, stamping, grinding, cutting, and packaging
Handle, move, and organize raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards
Follow work instructions and support production processes to meet quality and output goals
Assist other departments as needed to support overall production and operational efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned
