Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-spindle screw machines and adhere to tolerances per drawings.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines; assist with tooling choices.
• Measure finished parts with micrometers/calipers to verify specs.
• Identify and resolve malfunctions; minimize downtime.
• Help train new operators and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain records of settings, changes, and production data.
