Job summary

Precision Staffing USA in Erlanger, KY is seeking a dependable Shop Technician / Pick & Pack Associate for a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and $17.00 per hour starting pay, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

You will pick and pack industrial belting and conveyor products, help with shop and warehouse operations, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Experience in pick/pack or shipping is a plus.
