Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking reliable Pick and Pack Workers for our Burlington, Kentucky facility. Jobs involve packing orders, verifying accuracy, and preparing shipments. Computer literacy and fluent English are required to ensure correct fulfillment.

Two shifts available: First shift at $18.00 per hour (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) and Second shift at $20.00 per hour (3:00 PM–11:00 PM). Overtime is mandatory on 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with computers.
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move packages throughout shifts.
• Reliable and willing to work mandatory overtime.
• Prior experience in warehousing, packing, or shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders that have been picked, ensuring correct quantities and part numbers.
• Verify and label boxes for shipment.
• Prepare parcels for outgoing delivery according to company standards.
• Enter and review information in computerized systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work scheduled 10-hour shifts with mandatory overtime.
