Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Warehouse Pick & Pack Associate to join their team in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely completion of daily packing tasks.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:40 AM–3:10 PM. You will package parts, label shipments, inspect quality, pick and pack orders, maintain a clean area, follow safety procedures, and support other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or pick and pack experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package parts into boxes according to company specifications.
• Label and prepare finished boxes for shipment.
• Inspect parts and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
