Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical inspections on customer and rental equipment.
• Complete repairs in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot problems and obtain customer approval before repairs.
• Open/close work orders promptly for customer repairs.
• Maintain accurate daily time sheets and document completed work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Order parts for PMs, service jobs, warranties, and other tasks.
• Keep company vehicle clean and report needed repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean shop area and adhere to housekeeping rules.
• Communicate with Sales/Management regarding customer issues.
