Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company is seeking skilled technicians to diagnose and repair heavy equipment. You will troubleshoot and inspect systems using diagnostic tools, read service manuals and schematics, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include component replacement across engines, hydraulics and electrical systems, with daily reporting and collaboration with customers and team members. Flexible shift rotation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; tech certificate preferred.
• Experience or training in diesel hydraulics and related systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of gears, bearings, seals, bushings and diesel hydraulics.
• Ability to read service manuals, schematics and parts books.
• Willingness to learn Cat software and basic PC tasks.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Repair/replace components across engine, hydraulic, electrical and drivetrain systems.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all work activities.
• Document work with computers and submit reports on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with team, supervisors and customers.
• Interpret parts books and service manuals and read schematics.
• Work rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights).
