Volvo Group, including Volvo Construction Equipment, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform mechanical repairs and routine service on the full line of heavy equipment. You will diagnose engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and related systems in a shop setting.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years on construction equipment, a valid driver’s license, and a personal toolkit. We value safety, customer focus, and willingness to work overtime.

This position is responsible for the mechanical repairs and services on full line of heavy equipment and attachments. The technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on the full line of Volvo Construction Equipment machinery and/or related equipment brands. This includes equipment components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and computers, electrical and structural repairs including welding. Additional duties include the ability to provide consistent communication with customers, vendors, internal and external staff.

The current starting pay rate for this role is $52.13/hour. Pay progression and future increases will be governed by the collective bargaining agreement.
