You will work in both shop and field settings, performing welding and fabrication as needed while upholding safety standards and professional conduct. Time and parts must be recorded accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general welding repairs and fabrication.
• Perform general diagnosis and begin learning advanced diagnosis, testing and repair for most equipment, in the shop or in the field and report all finding and issues to appropriate parties.
• Maintain good working records for time, parts, and supplies.
• Knowledge of farm machines and equipment, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• High School Diploma, GED, Mechanical Certification or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Work safely while using tools and general farm equipment with consideration and concern for others.
