Job summary

Threemile Canyon Farms in Oregon seeks a Shop Tech I to diagnose, repair, and maintain farm and dairy equipment in the shop or in the field. You will perform general welding repairs and fabrication, monitor equipment performance, and report findings to the team.

The role requires a practical understanding of farm machinery and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work with management and peers to ensure safe, efficient operations and support ongoing maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of farm machines and equipment, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• High School Diploma, GED, Mechanical Certification, or the equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Be a self-starter; work independently as well as with other team members and management.
• Attend required meetings and training; participate in constructive discussion.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments; adhere to policies and procedures.
