Qualifications

• 5+ years of equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and basic programming preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to DOT/CDL if required.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations or OEM training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections in the shop.
• Complete pre-delivery and post-rental inspections; prepare units for delivery.
• Source parts, document service activity, and update work orders.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations to leadership and sales.
