Job summary

Company Wrench LTD in Indianapolis seeks a skilled diesel/industrial technician to diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment. You will plan repair methods, order parts, and perform work to a safe, high-quality standard while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or 3 years of equivalent work experience in diesel, over the road, or industrial mechanical repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills required.
• Good communications skills needed to interact with customers and team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated safe work habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition equipment and components.
• Plan methods and sequence repairs; order required parts and materials.
• Perform repairs safely and ensure cosmetic quality as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper records of time, parts, and purchases.
• Communicate professionally and advocate for Company Wrench and brands.
• Overnight travel may be included.
