Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. is seeking a Technician – ERC Shop Service 2 to perform cold drink equipment work on the ERC service line. You will participate in the early repair stages and prep equipment for refurbishment.

Responsibilities include triage, washing, painting, assembling components, parts pre‑prep, and basic mechanical service using handheld and laptop tools. This role requires safety awareness and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years old.
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Job Description

The Technician – ERC Shop Service 2 is responsible for work on the beginning stages of cold drink equipment repair on the Equipment Refurbishment Center (ERC) service line.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Triage
Wash equipment
Paint equipment
Operate metal‑bending equipment and install onto equipment

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum age 18 years old
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with United safety policies
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within company guidelines
Ability to maintain safety and security of company assets
Ability to utilize all company‑provided resources and technology
High school diploma or general educational development (GED); or 0 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic knowledge of hand tools
