Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required: At least a minimum 9th grade education.
• Must have some experience in the trade and know the proper products and tools required.
• Must be able to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive manner.
• Position requires interaction with others and the ability to move between tasks; stress may occur due to urgent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds cleaned of trash and loose items.
• Help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
• Assist in ordering and cleaning equipment as needed.
• Must have a driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Occasionally pick up parts and give customers rides around town.
• Perform duties safely and with minimal supervision.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
