Silver Star Service Center, Inc. in Edgewater, MD is seeking a motivated, entry-level Shop Porter to join our team.

This full-time role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automotive repair while supporting the service department and customers in a fast-paced shop environment. You will handle entry-level duties such as cleaning, operating the shuttle, parts pickup/delivery, vehicle prep, and other tasks to help the team.

• Cleaning around the shop and performing general facility maintenance.
• Safely driving customers in our shuttle to and from the shop.
• Picking up parts and delivering.
• Washing vehicles and getting them ready for the customer.
• Additional tasks as needed to support the auto repair team.

The Details:

• Competitive pay of $18.00+ per hour (based on experience)

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS

Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available. Our Shop Porter is responsible for entry-level duties such as:
