• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.
• Ability to plan and perform work activities independently.
• Standards: safety rules and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lays out, positions, aligns and fits fabricated parts per blueprint.
• Plans sequence of operation considering geometry and heat effects.
• Sets up face blocks, jigs and fixtures.
• Marks centerlines and reference points on workpiece.
• Moves parts using manual handling or crane.
• Reads engineering drawings and performs tasks independently.
