Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus.
• Previous Parts Specialist experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of truck or heavy equipment parts and systems.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Order parts, supplies, and equipment for repairs and track orders.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure pricing/availability.
• Process and maintain mechanic work orders and costs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork.
• Coordinate with mechanics, management, and vendors on repairs.
