ChampionX in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking Shop Operators for 1st shift. The role involves assembling and repairing pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in oil and gas capture processes. Read, write and speak English fluently, with at least 6 months in manufacturing. Overtime and weekend work are possible.

You will follow safety rules, use hand and power tools, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while contributing to continuous improvement within a team environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in the oil and gas capturing process

• Follows safety rules and procedures; notifies supervisor of any issues in the manufacturing process that may impact safety

• Follows defined work instructions

• Use hands and power tools to assemble components in the manufacturing process

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture

• Work under limited supervision, usually within a team

Minimum Qualifications:

• This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
• 6 months experience in manufacturing environment
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and/or overhead cranes
• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as required
