Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, is seeking a Shop Operator for 1st shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will assemble and repair pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in the oil and gas capture process, while following defined work instructions and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

You may work 5:00 am starts with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and occasional weekend overtime. The role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Safety rules and procedures must be followed.
• Able to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
• 6 months experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors for oil & gas capture.
• Follow work instructions and report safety issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
• Work under limited supervision within a team environment.

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps, motors, gas separators, and protectors used in the oil and gas capturing process
• Follows safety rules and procedures; notifies supervisor of any issues in the manufacturing process that may impact safety
• Follows defined work instructions
• Use hands and power tools to assemble components in the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture
• Work under limited supervision, usually within a team environment
• Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:
